JAZAAKALLAHU KHAIRAN

It really helps me to get the summary of the Quran. But I had one issue on the quiz side. I answered the questions on the lessons from Surah Baqara, my results displayed, at the bottom options, I taped CLICK TO CONTINUE. After clicking, then when I tap on correct answer, a pop-up message came that I must answer this question. But when I taped wrong answer, the option disappeared. Please Why?
